They really are pushing Itauma hard. Whyte showing that he has nothing left but a name on a record, not that he was anything special in the first place.

Yeah it was a smart match up for them to get something of a name on the resume

It feels like he and Parker are on a collision course unless Usyk fights Parker

Likely to be next now Itauma v Parker for the vacant WBO

Moses Itauma-that old Slovak-Nigerian hand speed is epic! (Although Anthony Joseph didn't seem to inherit that part of it).

Intriguing fight tomorrow, canelo v Crawford, logic says canelo should be too big , but Crawford has special gifts and you just can’t close the door on his chances , particularly with canelo starting to show the miles on the clock.

Parker fighting wardley on October 25th , parker is wbo mandatory , wardley wba , winner allegedly will be getting usyk .

Canelo. Too powerful. Those hooks can break down brick walls.

Masterclass by Crawford, canelo has looked off for a while but still , can’t take away what Bud achieved when you consider coming up from 147 , one fight at 154 , then going to 168 to beat an undisputed champion.

Also RIP Ricky Hatton , randomly met him once in a bar in Thailand , just a very normal bloke enjoying a beer and a laugh, very happy to have a chat . So sad to hear it looks like suicide.

I had Crawford winning but not comfortable as that- he shut out Canelo who looks like he is on the slide and understandably so he while younger has had a hell of a long career turning pro at 15!
Very sad re Hatton a real working mans champion.

A lot of miles on the clock for canelo , 68 is a lot of fights in this era , and I reckon most of the last 20 or so he always looks very bruised and marked afterwards . I don’t think he was slipping shots like his younger years . But it’s also worth noting in those 68 fights , he never touched the canvas once , chin of granite .

Joseph Parker v Fabio Wardley this sun approx 10am should be interesting fight.
Parker favourite but has most to lose so pressure on him more than Wardley.
A mid rounds KO to JP seems most likely but Wardley can punch...

He's unbeaten but hasn't beaten anyone if that makes sense.

JP with more to lose, definitely going into this one as favourite.

Wardley is the new Wilder. Can be down plenty on the cards but packs a punch, as we saw against Huni last time out and his KO of Frazer Clarke was something else. Can't believe Clarke is still fighting after that.

Parker will have to stay disciplined for 12 and not trade with Wardley. Either a Parker UD or Wardley KO I feel.

His own (Wardley) defense is pretty open so a good chance also that Parker could stop him.
Usyk has come out and said he will fight the winner....
Hope this isn't a banana skin for Parker- I'm sure ...well as sure as I can be

it could be a potential banana skin fight , but so was Wilder, Zhang and Bakole , and its because Joe did fight those guys and won he has a new found respect in the boxing world and people have been pushing his case

its a risk worth taking IMO , he simply needs to get back in the ring and keep the train rolling, , its been too long , and he allegedly gets usyk if he wins as well which is the ultimate prize fight he has been chasing

My favourite NZ sportsman. Ardie Savea and Glenn Phillips have fallen away of late.

I know quite a number of people who’ve met him and they all say EXACTLY the same. Hell of a nice, humble fella. Great sense of humour. Confident without arrogant as this clip shows.

Hell of a fighter too ( none have been punched by him to be fair )

Yeah he is much thicker now ,he is a good 10 kgs heavier than the earlier fighter that first won the title and fought Joshua, expecting to weigh in around the117 kg mark for this fight .
