Find the Super Rugby affiliation a bit odd. No connection between Super and sevens.
-
Great to see Scott Gregory is back! Will add some much needed pace.
-
@SouthernMann is he still quick?
Be interesting to see how Rush goes, had by far his best season of 15s this year.
Keen to see Manson get a run though, with a bit more room, he should be fun to watch.

Nah. Gregory is an absolute tractor.
Manson's test will be defensively.

@Bovidae who's the guy missing that looked bloody good in limited time last year? PI, didn't play super. Big and surprisingly quick.
Amanaki Nicole? Or a replacement player?
Roderick Solo seems to always be injured. Forbes and Tocker are reasonably quick for loose forwards.
-
@SouthernMann sarcasm doesnt travel well in the interweb!!
His pace is ok, but expect he will be used as a forward, Northland used him in the lineout a few times, so he will be sweet haha

Joey Taumateine? I was wondering myself whether he's been injured because I would've expected him to be there.

Yes, he has had a long-term injury. Still listed in the updated squad. They name the new contracted players after this tournament.
