Tangitau and Clarke are shaping as our wingers.
No more wingers that can’t catch a high ball. Don’t care how fast they are
So no chance for Jordan either I guess.
Yes bye bye Jordan. Stick him at 23

Just watched the last 40 minutes
Fabian Holland in his first year of test rugby is top draw
Real positive was the control in the last 15 minutes or so despite being down a man for the 3rd time in the game
Negative , the self inflicted stuff this ABs team continues to do to itself -
DMac the best 10 out there today
-
@Steven-Harris well said Steve. it beggars belief there were people calling Fabian overhyped and soft less than 6 months ago

I’ll eat my words early in the season. Didn’t think he was up to it but these last 3-4 games he’s looked the goods

@Grooter I do wonder if the best locking combo is Holland and Tuipulotu moving forward
It’s great that we are building some depth given Lord and Darry are getting game time I have got to say and it’s nothing personal but I question wether Scooter even fits into a 23 -

I mean Scooter definitely doesn't score the try that Lord did today. Does he do any single thing in the game so well that he is an indispensable member of the team? It's hard to see.
Plus he seems injury prone at this point.

That's a bit unfair, I don't think even Lord scores that try.

D'oh, my bad, that break for Roigards try.
Scooter just looks pretty mid tbh.

@Victor-Meldrew this is actually very true. i’ve re watched some of those older games with that stacked AB team, and while they almost always won a lot of those games were a real grind and not overly great performances to the eye.

As I said after the heavy SA loss, if I was a nz winger playing super, id be reaching out to my local AFL club and look to work with them.over the summer.
It is appalling that we are so poor under the high ball, still.

I dont think he is soft per se.....I think the contention was that he maybe was not assertive enough in the loose with that frame?
He works hard and chases everything, but is it more scrag tackles than emptying blokes?

Was at the game. Great atmosphere. Scotland played very well.
Standout Peter Lakai.
Very good DMac, Holland and Roigard.
When is DMac going to start at 10 -
Recent criticism of Holland on here.
You wonder whether some people don't actually watch the game -
Jordan's a very good winger. Love 15. DMac 10

For me the time is now to give the keys to the 10. It's McKenzie with Love on the bench.
Barrett has been unbelievable for us. I remember thinking how is it possible Carter retired but this kid when on form is utterly unplayable. But the time has come.

I don't disagree but I think Razor sees him as his dyed in the wool 23 and I suspect that today's cameo just further fuels razors vision that he is a game changer off the bench.
Personally I would give him more starts at 10 but he send to only start as a last resort.
