Just about to start The final series of Orphan Black. The last one seemed to pull things onto a good track after slightly wobbling so I'm hoping for a good ending for the clones and Donny to go out in a blaze of gunfire.
For a show with lots of female characters and no titties it surprises me how many years this has held my attention. -
@Crucial I'm gonna wait until I can watch it in a week.
Just started The Americans final season.
FTWD has started again, they really need to do something with this otherwise it is just the same as TWD but with more characters you want to get eaten...assume there has to be some crossover with TWD as well at some point, again otherwise it is just another Zombie series.
Anyone else watching Gotham? Finished the latest season, is still enough to keep me interested, but I do wonder if fans have waiting for the inevitable introduction and development of batman as opposed to it being more focused on Gordon given the way the season ended.

Yep, I watched the last few episodes of S3 last week. The problem with the show is that you know what happens, it's just how they frame to plot to get there.
I started watching S2 of Billions last night. So far, so good.

You mean the penultimate season?

Started on a series called the Handmaid Tale...
set in a dystopian world where women are not allowed to work, and fertility rates have plummeted, some women are forced into homes to bear children for wealthy families who are unable to have kids.
Pretty out there, a bit slow, but is intriguing.

Finished Season 1 of Daredevil on Netflix.
The amount of concussion-inducing blows that some of these guys can take (and give - let's not forget how hard human heads are compared to knuckles) is amazing. But I guess that's the point.
Have just started Season 2.
The secretary (who also did a stint in True Blood) is hot as fuck.

Even more so than Hood from Banshee? He got fucked up nearly every week and was right as rain after a few whiskys and rooting impossibly hot Amish chicks.
FTWD.....no where near as good as Rick and the gang.

@MN5 haven't seen it. But we're talking Muhammad Ali levels of cerebral punishment for some characters here.
What a lot of people fail to understand is that modern boxing - with gloves - makes it really fucking easy to punch someone in the head repeatedly.
Continually punching someone's head in bare knuckle fighting really fucks up your hands. Back on the old days there were way more body shots because otherwise you'd break your knuckles.

Plus old school fluffybunnies were tougher. Jim Jeffries ( boxer not comedian ) was an absolute animal.
Being punched with gloves on still hurts though

@MN5 yeah FTWD really needs to sort their shit out, cos it was good at the start where the world was falling apart and people not really knowing what was happening, now, it is just TWD with different characters, and most of them are more annoying.

That's it in a nutshell. None more so than the stoner teenager. I did like Strand but finding out he was a raving arse bandit meant he lost the cool factor considerably.

@MN5 ha yep, I want him to get eaten!!
The el Savadorian guy could be interesting, was hoping that dude that got it in the eye with the spoon might go on to be the Governor, but no.
He's no Negan that's for sure.
As for Travis

Finished the Handmaids Tale...
Interesting series, one that seems to meander along at a reasonable pace with interesting characters.
the US is under the dystopian rule where lust is a sin, punishable by death, but others such as Mexico and Canada are normal and seen as refuges to people that can flee the US.
FTWD - still wondering how they are gonna make this different to TWD, yay new group of people to fight the existing group, sounds familiar, although maybe its the native angle supposedly makes it better??

I finished watching S2 of Billions last week. Those last 2 episodes were fantastic. A quality show that just gets better.
One of the best shows out there

I've obviously been working too hard (or playing lots of video games) as my tv watching is lagging behind these days. So Billions is worth a watch going by this thread? Is it the one with Damian Lewis?
Yep. Magic. Must watch.
