@MN5 haven't seen it. But we're talking Muhammad Ali levels of cerebral punishment for some characters here.
What a lot of people fail to understand is that modern boxing - with gloves - makes it really fucking easy to punch someone in the head repeatedly.
Continually punching someone's head in bare knuckle fighting really fucks up your hands. Back on the old days there were way more body shots because otherwise you'd break your knuckles.

Plus old school fluffybunnies were tougher. Jim Jeffries ( boxer not comedian ) was an absolute animal.
Being punched with gloves on still hurts though

@MN5 yeah FTWD really needs to sort their shit out, cos it was good at the start where the world was falling apart and people not really knowing what was happening, now, it is just TWD with different characters, and most of them are more annoying.

That's it in a nutshell. None more so than the stoner teenager. I did like Strand but finding out he was a raving arse bandit meant he lost the cool factor considerably.

Finished the Handmaids Tale...
Interesting series, one that seems to meander along at a reasonable pace with interesting characters.
the US is under the dystopian rule where lust is a sin, punishable by death, but others such as Mexico and Canada are normal and seen as refuges to people that can flee the US.
FTWD - still wondering how they are gonna make this different to TWD, yay new group of people to fight the existing group, sounds familiar, although maybe its the native angle supposedly makes it better??

@MiketheSnow There's a whole bunch in there I'm up to date with, a bunch on my too watch list, a few I'll take a look at, and some that don't interest me in the slightest.
I've just recently watched the Goldbergs, which is a sitcom I rate up with B99. Funnily enough I avoided it because promo pics of it didn't ever look good, but it turned out to be hilarious - especially if you were a kid in the 80s. Fresh of the Boat as well, even though I wasn't an Asian kid in the 90s.

Pretty extensive list there, have you ever watched Veep? The characters are all so awful and put a lot of effort into insulting each other .
Netflix have bought back Longmire for a final season , quite liked that one too.

Has anybody watched Riviera? I see a shitload of ads for it on UK Sky Sports while watching the rugga - but no idea if it's being hyped because it's shit, or because it's good.
It's got the amish chick from Banshee, whose shirt-potatoes I'm a very very big fan of... so I'm tending towards optimism. -

Banshee had a stream of hot women whose hotness was only matched by their ridiculously over the top hand to hand fighting abilities.

Decent series. Worth watching if nothing else to watch.
