He didn't mention that bit , my guess would be dagg moving back to 14 for less disruption , which would be naholo gone I would think .

@taniwharugby He also mentioned that Julian Savea could be back in and the midfield will be ALB/Laumape.

@antipodean Clive Woodward reckons subbing Smith was the turning point for us in the 2nd test, this along with subbing Kaino off were the bits he felt Hansen & Co got wrong.

He's right. Smith's kicking and the way he was getting our under-manned pack around the park was great - especially on a night where Barrett was not going as well as he could.

TJ came on, started throwing bad passes to our forwards, who then got smashed backwards, we lost shape, lost territory and - as noted earlier - he messed up defensively.

@junior yep, although easy call to make with hindsight, given the impact TJ usually makes and the form he has been in.

Assume SBW was on the receiveing end of a lot of Kaino's "anger".

I used to go to the same gym as Piri and Neemia. It was definitely no surprise that they were two players who would always struggle with fitness. Was always frustrating watching them muck around, and to a certain extent, waste some of the talent that they had.

Was a stark contrast between those two and Tana and Rodders.

You were wise not to. That piece did a disservice to NZ in my opinion. Made them lookalike whiney losers. Boo-hoo it's not fair sort of thing. The actual quotes from any players were fine, it was the "journalism" around it that stank the place out.

Well that should distract from Daggs last line of defence effort last week.

@Toddy and yet it seems Tialata is now a bit of a power lifter. Or just a beast in the gym.

@Bones Yeah, funnily enough a girl from work was showing me a video of an ex All Black doing deadlifts at the gym and it turned out to be Tialata. I hardly recognised him. He'd trimmed down heaps and looked fitter than I'd ever seen him.

Sumo has tweeted Jordie at 15 and a mention of a lot of Canes in the backline. I'm guessing that is Laumape and Savea. A shootout between Rieko and Fekitoa for the 23 shirt I guess (and Naholo but sounds like he might not be fit?)

On Fekitoa. Quite a few seem to be of the thought he blows a lot of try scoring opportunities by not passing. Is this an actual thing, or just perceived? I get frustrated with his indecisiveness with ball in hand at times, but it's generally when he's got a good d line in front of him. He seems pretty good at putting others away when a try is on from memory.
