Parker v ??
-
yeah it is ,
Parker needs to impress people if he wants to go to the next level , he has looked lackluster recently
its all about marketability , selling PPVs,
and right now in international boxing circles, people think he is a bit boring

Anyone with a bit of boxing knowledge got a rough idea what time the Parker/Fury bout will be? Struggling on Google.
Betting sites I’ve seen are suggesting 10am nzt
-
Didn't think Joseph looked that good at the weigh in ,
Bit flabby and heavy , hope they know what they are doing
-
@kiwiinmelb Yeah he's been in that shape since the Ruiz fight. Having said that, he got through the Ruiz fight comfortably fitness wise as opposed to the Takam fight where he was lighter yet seemed to gas badly through the middle of that fight.

They need to use AJ s doctor ,
get him on the right supplements;)

My concern is Joe gassing and fury doing enough to out point him

Heard a comment on Radio Sport (@Gibbit ?) this week that they had seen elsewhere. Something like Parker will have to knock Fury out in order to get a draw.
-
Few concerns , Parker looking for big shots , not landing much , using up energy
Fury doing little more than flicking the jab out , but conserving energy while possibly still taking points
-
Better round for Joe , needs to put the pressure on, make him uncomfortable
-
Has to keep up the pressure , behind on the score cards I reckon , but has made good progress the last couple of rounds
-
Joe needs A massive last round ,
Not too much in it , but can see it going against him
-
Being the aggressor got him home ,
But that can come down to interpretation, I was concerned how they would see it
-
Parker was aggressive but there were rounds where he literally landed nothing, and I'm assuming he won some of those rounds with two judges scoring it 118 - 110.
Parker needs to ditch Barry, he has made no progress in well over a year. He looks sloppier than ever.
-
@kiwiinmelb I thought the same thing, looking at a weigh in pic.
Judging by the sheer amount (and similarity) of the mocking comments going around, sounds like it was a pretty awful fight to watch. Fury dancing around and Parker not landing anything of note.
Barry has to go. Seriously. Parker has been spinning on a hamster wheel for some time now. He's not progressing, and no one is going to be scared of him at this rate.
