Excellent news re: England. Anyone who's spent time in the UK will be aware that now we all get to revel in what the UK media, and brits in general, do best. That being, having a massive, MASSIVE, morose & moribund whinge. They love it and they are brilliant at it. Undisputed world champs. The shit weather coupled with the natural cynicism forms a beautiful elixir which bottlenecks, the valve for which is the papers and blogs and twatsphere, a crucial national pressure point release valve that will light up as the UK en masse tears into whatever latest poor fluffybunnies have gone and stuffed it all up, just like we all knew they eventually fucking would. I am convinced the brits have a pleasure section of their brains that actually lights up then things go tits up.
Put this in the British Politycs section and I may lose my shit ....

Very impressive what effect New Zealanders are having for Irish rugby. Might be time to consider dragging a few home.
I'm just trying to get my head around the fact that this England team which the press have told us needs to be respected and feared managed a 2-3 record in the tourney.
Also, childish I know, but I'm really glad BOD isn't around to bask in this latest Irish glory....

I’m stoked that whinging twat isn’t involved, when he was part of the team they’d be talked up beyond any discernible talent they had, play us and it would end in a leprechaust . Now they actually deliver on their promise which is great because France seem to have no fucks to give about test rugby and South Africa has all sorts of problems. Another genuine rival coming along is great for our game.

It's understandably being heaped on Jones, but boy that laboured passing by England was devastating to them and cringe worthy to watch. Who are the skills or attack coaches?
Passes 2 feet overhead, a metre behind, at the feet. It was very rare to see any "bread baskets". They were worse than the ABs last season.

Whilst I'm all for the pile on on Eddie (smarmy prick deserves all he gets) they haven't Lancastered out if the RWC yet. Yet ...
Happy to see him cop a bit of pressure though.
So you beat the Bokke? What else have you achieved? Realy? As a head coach?
Always thought the Poms fucked upby picking him. Thought I was likely to be wrong a week ago last year ... I could still be wrong but would be happy if this trnd continues

An interesting article on ESPN, Care's comment is what stood out to me

So dominance is all down to luck. ABs are a very lucky bunch! I'm not saying there isn;t swings and roundabouts on luck/50-50/bounces/ref calls; but that is not what dominance is built on.

Fair to say Ireland are the real deal , but most knowledgeable kiwis knew that anyway , so it shouldnt be that much of a surprise .
I think England are probably the bigger story right now ....... more bark than bite ?
