@crucial Well, hopefully there'll be a successful appeal. Would hate to think that re-using song and genre style elements was shut down. There'd be a lot less Led Zep songs etc if that was the case back then.
ps. A Town Called Malice was the Supremes comparison I was going for.
Stairway to Heaven for starters. They even toured with these guys before Stairway was released, and the opening sequence sounds so similar it's freaky. Someone is copying someone, I don't know how much needs to be similar to be considered plagiarism

This is a crock of shit. The two songs are totally different, clearly the two judges that sided with the Gaye estate were deaf or just didn't listen to the music.
As for the videao, no need to thank me
A douche song sung by an even bigger douche (with another douche chipping in)
Couldnt be happier with this outcome. -

The original Judge who sentenced him should be sharing a cell with the piece of shit.

@virgil How the fuck did that sack of shit get home detention?
On a side note, it seriously fucks me off when I see sentence discounts given for 'remorse'. Anyone can turn on the tears after the fact, and if they know it's probably going to reduce the sentence...ARGH. Bullshit.

I'm thrilled he'll be getting extra protection in prison from all the hard fluffybunnies who bash kiddy fiddlers and abusers.
It's about time my taxpaying dollars went to a worthwhile cause. I'm stoked.

@mokey not to mention Judges state home detention is harder for some than going to prison...
You think it’s easy when you run out of Woodstock’s during a mean Xbox session and the mrs is at work so you can’t get any more?
Shame on you , you cold hearted bastard . -
@taniwharugby I honestly can't think of a single instance where Home D would be tougher than prison.

You clearly haven’t been in my shoes over the Xmas break when I think I’m having 4 weeks of lazing around the house but the wife has other ideas..
