TBF Ed seems to try and embrace the people where he is, and as we know, NZ is always keen to get people to say how awesome we are, so works well for both our media and him.
HE's quite funny too.
At the concert he apologised to all the 'Super Dad's' and the partners that are at the concert in support and would rather not be there.

I'll give her a little bit of dues. She did build a career from being a competitive snowboarder, to dancing, to TV rather than just being a bimbo off the street or the next blond journalism student.

From a PR perspective, I'm actually surprised they are continuing to go so hard on the baby stuff. It's not helping Ardern the leader, and even the most dedicated baby cooer can reach saturation point.
