There was a Star Wars mini exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney today ... they have a life sized new episodes X Wing just sitting out the front.
The full exhibition is coming in November as this one was more targeted at kids getting photos with characters/displays and being filmed on green screen.

I wasn't prepared to wait the 2 + hours in the queue so didn't have a turn. I think it would be worth it if Disney start adding Marvel 'games' to it in the future as well.

I'm seriously tempted. Price isn't that bad. I'd happily pay that for lightsaber duels on tap. Just a bit skeptical about the tech.

My neighbour has VR and I get bored with that after a while so I think a single function game would get a bit boring after a while.

Still willing to give this other bloke a chance though. Ewan McGregor looks nothing like Alec Guiness and he still did a great job.

True, but Alec was an old fart when he played Obi. The new Solo is only 7 years younger than Harrison Ford was in episode 1. We've already seen a young Solo and he doesn't look or sound like this new bloke.

If there’s more then 2 lines of dialogue spoken by a strong female character then yes it will be hated by a couple ferners

I've got nothing against Rey, Jyn, Leia or Padme it's the new females in the latest one I can't stand and I'm hardly alone there.
I can guarantee Solo will be better than TLJ.

Initial reactions by who? The critics? That would be the same ones who creamed themselves over TLJ. If the film is good then I'll say so, just like I did with Rogue One. I'm not paying to see this one though.
