my kids will be watching Excellent Adventure this weekend.

Whether they want to or not, they will be. I like it, although there is a slightly sinister clockwork orange to that.

I haven't seen either of them for farkin years. It was a proud moment back in 91 when I became better on the guitar than they were.

Not holding my breath, it'll probably be shit

Agree. I love the Bill and Ted films. My kids and I have watched them multiple times. I just feel that the last film ended well and there's no need to make another one, let alone more than 25 years later with two guys who are now in their 50s. Shame they can't just let things be.

Can anyone genuinely name a movie that's a follow up ( ie over 10 years after the original so perhaps not a direct sequel ) that's even half as good as the original? It's really tough. Off the top of my head maybe Trainspotting.....Aliens/Prometheus/Ressurection ( I accept I may be on my own here )

Loads of good franchises get a long awaited follow up and fall way short.

    Star Wars..

    You're dead to me.

I thought you were a fan of the prequels..

I am. I'm referring to TFA and TLJ.

TFA was good but not a patch on the Original trilogy.

I'll go out on a limb and say it's going to be awesome. This is peak Ryan Reynolds, being able to be Van Wilder x1000 with swords

@no-quarter Toy Story 3. Superior in almost every way to the 2 previous movies.

For some reason I've never seen Toy Story 3, but crazy to think it's better than the first two which were awesome.

Lock Stock and two smoking barrels

Still an awesome flick, set me up really well for my OE in London although much of the dialogue is a bit cliched.

Clever how the good guys get everyone killed without lifting a finger

It’s quite emotional as a parent. Very, very good film.

Netflix had another John Woo movie; Manhunt.

Terrible. Didn't even make it an hour into the movie. Shit action scenes. Predictable plot.

    3 is awesome.

    Lotso is evil.

Amazing how dusty it gets in the room when Andy is heading off to College.

Probably needed a couple of blokes switching faces for it to be any good.

watched a Netflix film called Hell, which is a German sci-fi post apocolyptic type movie set in the future where the world has heated up and little grows and water is scarce

Wasnt too bad 3 hot days out of 5 really hot days.

Also watched MOllys Game with Jessica Chastain and Idris Elba.

Good movie based on a true story of Molly Bloom who ran illegal poker games.

4 of a kind out of 5 dodgy punters

    also spotted this

Molly wore some sensational low cut tops in that flick

Started watching Terminal with Margot Robbie and a handful of British actors from central casting.

    Lasted about 15 mins.

Trying way too hard to be Tales of the Unexpected meets Lock Stock meets Harry Potter.

I've never heard of this, and it's getting panned like crazy ... but Margot Robbie! What to do.
