    The Bridge - good start, good acting, worth seeing how it goes.

    On that note - had nothing to watch the other week and had been talking to someone about sons so asked the missus if she wanted to watch the first episode. Who knew! Sons seems to have massive chick appeal, she loves it more than I do. Have covered four and a half seasons in only about three weeks. <br />
    <br />
    Have enjoyed rewatching too, seems I'd forgotten a lot that went on!

    Here's one to suggest to watch with the missus. 'Labyrinth' - a chick orientated 'Holy Grail' mystery set in France with costumes......yawn, yawn<br />
    <br />
    <br />
    <br />
    BUT..... there is nudity from the hot Downton Abbey daughter!

    Recorded the first two episodes and watched the first last night. Incredible cast, stunning scenery, slightly mental story line. Enjoying it so far.

    I recorded and then ignored TOTL for ages but then really enjoyed it. Brooding edgy slightly dangerous. Well put together. Final episode is disappointingly predictable but nevertheless better than 95% of the dross served up today. . <br />

    Oh and just wanted to add - thanks heaps to those that suggested The League! Brilliant and has easily become one of my faves. Recommending it to every bloke I run into.

    started the new series of Falling Skies, and is going along pretty well.<br />
    <br />
    I see they have put out a trailed for the new series of Walking Dead too, looks good!<br />
    <br />
    Bit of a lean patch at present (not helped by not having the Internet at home) but gonna be an influx of good viewing coming up in the next few months; Breaking Bad, Dexter, Walking Dead, Sons, Homeland, Person of Interest, am sure there are some others I have missed...

    Finished this series last night, one of those ones that just bubbles under without really getting going, but still grips you!<br />
    <br />
    the funny thing about the acting (which was great) is there were a number of faces from TV adverts in NZ as well!<br />
    <br />
    But yeah the subject matter was a bit disturbing.

    Well that. Plus I've not seen a lot of the territory he's covering. A drive from my house to Uluru is almost 3000 km...

    <p>Anyone else given "Orange is the new Black" a go?  I am about halfway through, so far, pretty good.  Netflix is two for two along with House of Cards.</p>

    <p>Liked  "Top of the Lake" although it was a bit slow at times. Wife said if it wasn't New Zealand i wouldn't have sat through it.</p>
    <p> </p>
    <p>"Orange is the new black" is by the same crowd who did  Weeds, Both I liked (the former features Laura prepon from the 70's show in a slightly different role).</p>
    <p> </p>
    <p>Also watched Mistfits a while back (well first two seasons it went to shit after that).</p>
