Maybe they could have spelt it how they wanted it pronounced, and then when someone said, oh thats an unusual name, what does it mean, the bogans could then have explained it is the first 5 letters of the alphabet, kinda phonetically, and we thought if we spelled it Abcde, our kid woulda copped too much grief....

Had this big an name discussion with someone the other day and they wrote this one down as asked us to try work it out.

I didn't even know that a "gender reveal" was a thing, bogan or otherwise.
In my day, sprog came out and someone said "boy", "girl".
Now I suppose they have to wait for it to make it's own mind up? Isn't it incorrect to chose the child's gender for them, so the reveal may be a complete lie? Isn't just relying on "penis", "vagina" outdated thinking?

Yes it did. I was sad for the child that it’s parents assumed it’s gender .
