<p>Sadly just watched the final episode of Southland tonight. No, this isn't a reality show set amongst the racy world of horny dairy farmers in Otautau, but a gritty show about cops in Los Angeles which I really got into after discovering series 4 and 5 on late midweek. The finale of series 5 wasn't supposed to be the final episode ever but TNT for some reason decided to shitcan it and didn't renew it a little over a year ago. Shame, because this was the best cop show I've seen since NYPD Blue, and its no coincidence that these shows shared some creative influence. Had series six been filmed it would have started with some ripper storylines. Sigh. At least TWD is back on in less than a fortnight.</p>

<p>[spoiler]it's pretty cool TV, they are so fucked! they are pissing off all the big players. Shit, when that cop wakes up they are fucked as she'll say they followed the Sons to that drug deal. Then the Pres of that other charter (who i reckon tipped of Lin) is pissed because they killed his son (i think).<br><br>
And Juice is a loose cannon (who Peggy is going to off).<br><br>
And it is all because of Peggy. I am going to be soooo pissed when she gets away with it all. That fluffybunny.<br><br>
Fuck i can't wait to see how they dig their way out of this one, if indeed they do. It might almost be refreshing to see them get what's coming to them, they are terrible people. [/spoiler]</p> -

<p>Loving it (The Knick). I haven't watched this weeks one yet, but am really enjoying it. Homeland starts tommorrow. Wonder if it will get back on track now that they have finally resolved the Brody situation.</p>

<p>[spoiler]My guess is that the war will escalate for a couple of eps yet. Juice will feel responsible for it and will make contact with Jax saying it wasn't the Chinese that killed Tara but not tell him the whole story, asking to meet him in person. Gemma will off Juice before he can. Gemma's world will then start to collapse as Nero (or Unser) gets killed trying to negotiate peace. She's already talking to an imaginary Tara. I think she'll go even more loony.<br>
Jax finding out the truth has to come toward the end of the season, I can see no storyline beyond that. Everything will come down to him having to choose between the club and the kids. Either he'll go down in a blaze to save what's left of the club or he'll ride of with the kids.[/spoiler]</p> -

<p>So, Gotham, thoughts? Watched the pilot last night, wasn't taken with it. will probably keep watching, but it didn't really grab me. Not sure what it was, but i just wasn't that impressed. Starting to think i may have an unconscious bias against anything on network television. I figure if it's really good, it's probably on Foxtel first.</p>

<p>Hell no! She's probably had the biggest transformation of any character throughout the shows run.</p>
<p>The tv network gave a big warning about the extra scene just after the "then" scene finished otherwise I would have missed it. I'm interested to see what the priest they showed in the trailer for the next episode is up to , in the books he was a fairly tortured soul.</p> -
