<p>Force Majeure. It's a subtitled (Swedish?) film about a couple who go with their kids to a ski resort. There's an avalanche thing and Dad takes fright and pisses off leaving Mum to think about the kids. As a result the rest of the holiday turns into a giant clusterfuck as Mum realises her hubby is a bit of an arsehole, which is quite entertaining to watch. Tormund Giantsbane from GoT is in it as Mum and Dad's mate and looks exactly the same without his big fur cloak.</p>

<p>Heh, no. I get enough rejections and multi month waiting times from the publishing industry to think about Hollywood.</p> -
<p>The Maze Runner - a teenage boy wakes to find he is in a walled community of similarly aged boys but has no recollection of his life before, some of these other boys say they have been living there for 3 years or more.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Another in the line of teen-novel-movie types, but not as good as Hunger Games or Divergent, but was ok, hopefully they follow through with the franchise, assuming what you find out means the next movie could (if they do it properly) be a good 'un.</p> -

<p>I had the same feeling but not so much with the score, but with the look (cinematography I guess), it seemed a bit Star Wars prequels like.</p>

<p>It's been a while since I watched the old ones but in my memory they use old 70s/80s cars not some retro steampunk ones that feature in this. </p> -

<p>Yeah, needed better music, the visuals looked amazing. Remember, it's the marketing department that chucks those together. This version was better;</p>

<p>Check that: Now seems to be in a place called "The Wasteland". So it could be in post apocalyptic Oz or modern day Palmerston North.</p>
