No great loss. Magnificent at times for the highlanders, pretty much a dud for the all blacks with the odd highlight.

Handre Pollard going to Montpellier for apparently $2 million per season. Taking Cruden's job....

He’s hardly taking cruden’s job. More like whoever is currently playing 10, given Cruden has been pretty much an abysmal failure in part due to injury.

Pollard will be awesome in the NH, his game and frame are much more suited to French rugby. He'll be winning them games on penalties, unlike Cruden who is a poor fit for France. He should've gone to Japan.
@Machpants my first thought too. Pollard is going to be worshipped up here

Is this the guy that played about fifteen or twenty games for Waikato and about half a dozen for Southland? Amazing what guys that played/peaked at that level in NZ can get in the way of overseas contracts.
