The walking dead. Fark.

I reckon Enid the annoying Emo chick sold them out .

Is the trailer on the truck full of walkers?

No, the gay guy found is backpack with his pictures of Alexandria with one of the wolves. So him losing that lead them to there.
-
I saw that at the end but Enid wanting to leave so much during the attack was odd and walking up to the gates at the start turning around and then scratching her hand etc makes me wonder if she isn't some sort of spy doing what she's thinks she has to to survive.

Was pleased the big ginger guys gf is back, she seems allergic to wearing anything but singlets and shorts.

If this show is following the book now be prepared to lose a main character that isn't black for a change. -

plenty of the newbies could be considered a 'major' character now if they choose...given one of the main characters isn't even in the <strike>comics</strike> books at all, I think they have a bit of licence...or maybe the new black guy is gonna leave?

She never really seemed to be part of the community though, often "relaxing" outside the walls. I took that as she will do whatever it takes to survive, including legging it.
-

too brutal? Given some of what we have seen already, plus other TV shows, it must be special...

Do you want to know? Could pm you the details. -
So I need a new series to tie me over a saving-for-a-deposit-on-a-house period in my life.

But I am a TV snob and don't generally have much patience for too much cheese

To give an idea of what I like from the top of my head these are my top 10 dramas
- Band of Brothers
- The Wire
- Sopranos
- Breaking Bad
- Narcos
- The walking dead
- Game of thrones
- Outrageous Fortune
- Vikings
- Boardwalk Empire

Any suggestions?

I've tried and given up on both Mad Men ( too girlie) and SOA (too cheesy)

The americans?

Hadn't heard of that one but looking at the wiki entry it seems to tick all the right boxes. Cheers! will give it a shot. -

I was about to suggest some shows but read this and have now assigned you to the loon bin with anti vaccers and red peak pushers.

But, I guess, Justified might be manly enough for you and I second all three suggestions so far.
-
Fear The Walking Dead...only 6 eps.

Tim you watching s2 of Fargo, I haven't yet. -

Cheers guys,

Will check out Fargo and Terriers.

Sorry Nepia, maybe girlie wasn't the right word exactly, tried watching it with my Mrs at the time who loved it but I just couldn't identify with it..unlike zombies, dragons and drug dealers in baltimore... Will check out Justified. Weirdly enough I did like the first season of Desperate housewives so I probably shouldn't be calling anyone girlie.

Seen Generation Kill, Deadwood and True Detective and if I had remembered them they all probably would have featured in my top 10.

I really want to like Fear the walking dead, it just seems to be lacking something, the quality difference between the final of that and the first episode of the new Walking dead series was pretty stark, will still be tuning into it, hopefully I'll start liking the characters a bit more and maybe it will catch up
