    It is physically impossible to tackle a player below the shoulders when they are a foot off the ground. Stupid, officious and pedantic and doing nothing for players’ safety.

      Next question is... will we lose Ofa or Nepo for the Italy game - and then if we did, does Hansen call up... Franks? someone else?

                    I'm uncomfortable with YC'ing players that make contact with the head on attackers that are falling to the ground head first into the tackle.
