The obsession with Goodhue to 12 when he's a deadset centre does make me laugh.Totally. Probably the only AB to ermege from the SF with an enhanced reputation.

I have now abandoned this obsession as Goodhue is probably the best centre in NZ ... currently. Rieko Ioane should have a look there too as he seems to have lost a fraction of his speed. Leicester Fainganuuku has to be tested at SR level but he could struggle to find a place with G. Bridge trusting the left wing spot for the Crusaders.

I’m going to get back on the ennor bandwagon. I’ve watched no NPC but in super rugby he looked a star in the making. Importantly he has size and speed. Hopefully he fulfils his promise in 2020.

@Billy-Tell Enor would have offered more of a threat than Bridge against England.

You might want to reconsider you selections to include another hooker or two.

Papalii and Jacobson have the necessary grunt and physique to perform at the highest level.
Ben-Nicholas, though untested at the SR level, seems to be a potential FAB at Nr.8.
Nankivell, Jordan and Havili are full of promise.
Alaimalo was not as good this year as he was in 2018 but he has some talent. -

D MacSo on my squad, yeah Hames is a wish list item. Add Coles and Aumua to Taylor as well. Bit of an oversight there!
8 is hugely contentious. Jacobsen might be used there, or Papili'i. There's noone playing 8 at the moment who'll be available who spins my wheels!
I have J Barrett in there as a 12. R Ioane and Ennor as utility three-quarters.

Its going to make SR 20/20 very interesting, a new Coach usually means some causalities from the year before especially after WC.
If it ends up being Robertson he will I imagine like he has at the Crusaders plan for future years through to the next WC.
You would expect whoever gets the Coaches Job will do the same and will be looked at as the coach for the 4 year Cycle in some form in the contract.
It would be unwise to replace a coach half way through the 4 year cycle. -

yep, certainly a danger if you tie someone up for 4 years...should be 2 years with extension option dependant on specific performance/development criteria

Goodhue and ALB look like the new Nonu and Smith. They could be the starting midfield for 10 years. Most settled part of the team.

Just need to get them playing for the same SR team. I.e. Auckland...
