If he has the right people around hiim, then it could well work....plus no amount of ranting or angst will change whatever decision the fish heads in Wellington make!

this is because none of you fuckers had to suffer the Fozzie years at the Chiefs.
Shit at set piece. No real structure, especially on defense, not great at the breakdown, but capable of some breathlessly exciting attacking play (which wouldn't come out until there was no chance of us playing finals).

He has been moved upstairs at Montpellier so might be keen to do more hands-on coaching. Cotter would be the type of forwards coach we need.
