Over the last week or so I have been able to leave for work later and so have been able to catch the first part of The Aotearoa History show live on RNZ National at 6:30.

Its one of the best of 2019 imho . My favourite epsiode is probably the one where Rhiannon Giddons talks about Dolly Parton explains how country music is tied to a bunch of other kinds of traditional music around the world.

Yeah, that was the episode I just finished, it's a great one.
Ms Giddons is coming to NZ for a couple of concerts soon, I reckon I'll go and hear her live.
The podcast covered a lot of bases , didn't really talk much about her husband though. Its pretty incredible that despite her having been hugely famous for so long they've managed to keep that side of their life so private.

Yale University psychology professor Laurie Santos teaches the university's renowned happiness course. She offers up a few small things that can help bring more happiness to our everyday lives.
finally, shoutout to whoever threw YANSS on the table. Bloody good and interesting series, thank you all ... it's how I found the happiness lab.

Quite interesting listen, lots of conspiracy type stuff in it too.

Listened to some of the first one after you posted it . Thanks it was very good imho , a lot of similarities to the Minimalists .
Checked out a few of the Behind the bastards podcast, it’s actually pretty good. The host is a frothing lefty which can get tiresome but he’s pretty funny too . Start with the bastard who executed the top Nazis
