He would have nodded off at least once in the two hours, made four gaffes and contradicted himself a dozen times .

What science can teach us about happiness

What science can teach us about happiness

Yale University psychology professor Laurie Santos teaches the university's renowned happiness course. She offers up a few small things that can help bring more happiness to our everyday lives.

finally, shoutout to whoever threw YANSS on the table. Bloody good and interesting series, thank you all ... it's how I found the happiness lab.

Listened to some of the first one after you posted it . Thanks it was very good imho , a lot of similarities to the Minimalists .

Checked out a few of the Behind the bastards podcast, it’s actually pretty good. The host is a frothing lefty which can get tiresome but he’s pretty funny too . Start with the bastard who executed the top Nazis

It’s interesting listening to people who are have no idea about Joe Karam etc discuss David Bain killing his family .
They find it completely bizarre that anyone could consider him anything but guilty .

@MiketheSnow I found Death in Ice Valley frustrating

The team at BBC have a second series og 13 minutes to the Moon started this week to commemorate 50th anniversary of Apollo 13
First episode was promising. Really enjoyed last years one on A11

Looking at yr playlist 0- have you tried Melvyn Bragg's In Our Time? Bragg is an annoying little dick especially his muttley snickering at his own "jokes" but if I have any interest at all in the topic I find it can be very educational.

Just started on The Nobody Zone. Bloody intriguing so far.
    The Lighthouse is good.
The Officer's Wife is a crazy story.
Bad Batch is nuts, as is Dr Death.
