Joshua James, 24, was arrested Monday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill after Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation officials say he threw a 3 1/2-foot-long alligator through a Wendy's drive-through window in Palm Beach County in October. He's also charged with illegally possessing an alligator and petty theft. Bail was set Tuesday at $6,000, and James was ordered to have no contact with animals.

assault with a deadly weapon, without intent to kill? How do they know the alligator wasn't gonna kill anyone?

Is it easier to get a gun licence than an alligator one?

It's a cool story, the best part is she had no idea how famous she was amongst the nerd community . There's more about the story in this book http://www.amazon.com/Sex-Bombs-Burgers-Pornography-Technology/dp/0762772743
