@ACT-Crusader Robinson as well. They were a great team to watch back then.
A bit like Leeds Rhino's in the early-2000's. A must-watch when they were playing
We hadn't even mentioned the likes of Ellery Hanley, Dennis Betts and Shaun Edwards. Not to mention Dean Bell.
Garry Schofield, Gary Connolly
@MiketheSnow Connolly yes, but Schofield was never a Wigan player. Plenty of others at Wigan from that decade like Andy Gregory, Offiah, the Iro brothers, Inga and Botica.

Sam Panapa and Adrian Shelford as well. Joe Lydon.

The Tigers would've win a GF if the Black Pearl hadn't been taken out off the play. To add insult to injury they made Lamb a coach.

I know, when Sinfield was mentioned earlier I threw out class players of that time.

Perhaps they watched some ruck clean-outs...

Someone woke one morning and realised it was a dreadful idea.

@Machpants jebus. Doubt you'd get many householders forking out for that eh. Pubs though...

Laughable idea. All Blacks are a faded power who are now clutching at straws to make revenue because they are no longer respected in the rugby world.
The Kangaroos play a buffoonish sport better suited to the middle ages, no one else even plays so they are also desperate and are targeting the mighty ABs at their weakest.
And they want $50 to view? That kind of fee is reserved for the truely elite boxers during huge PPV events, you can only imagine how much interest prime Frans Botha would generate today with how weak the heavyweight division is now. This is what people want to see, not some awful hybrid game between 2 nations with nothing else to offer.

@South-Africa-Man where have you been all these years, with such insights and comedy TSF has missed out over the years of your absence
