How did you guys score the rounds in the Volkanovski/Holloway fight?
I was expecting a 48-47 win to Holloway
1 & 2 Holloway
4 & 5 VolkanovskiI had Holloway edging round 3 but I can see how an argument could be made for Volkanovski in that round.
I thought the commentary was too positive for Holloway during round 3The judges scorecards were a surprise. Two of them went 3,4 & 5 to Volkanovski... ok, not what I scored but I can see how that is possible.
The judge that gave it to Holloway gave him 1,2 & 5. So all three judges gave round 3 to Alexander. Did anyone else think Max won round 5?

That's half the reason this fight is difficult to predict.
Whittaker hasn't won for two years and has had injuries/mental breaks
Till has plenty of questions about him too.. A couple of losses before moving up and then a close fight with Gastelum. He's had a few challenges outside the ring too
Maybe I'll lean towards the guy who hasn't peaked yet vs the guy who is trying to peak again. Whittaker of 2-3 years ago would out work Till though
Looking forward to seeing Gustafsson at heavyweight.
Guys like him make me think a 225 or 230 division could work. Maybe they'd need to bump the HW max up a little if they did that

The unbeaten Till from 2-3 years ago was a different proposition too.
But agree, I think the interim has favoured Till

Bethe Correia is possibly my least favourite fighter in the ufc. She may well win this one but she’s behind on the cards right now. She’s just a dumb fighter.
Hears the 10sec clap and stopped bloody fighting like it was the end of the round. Her coaches must have been furious.

She clearly lost that fight and prances around the ring afterward likes she’s won it convincingly.
If you act like that, you can’t look like her

For the second time in the prelims the commentators shout at Herb to stop the fight. Commentators shouldn’t be having an effect on the fight.. but Herb seems a bit off tonight
Sounds like Herberts corner was pissed at the lack of protection for their fighter too
Oh and Hardy and Herb have an argument after the fight

Aspinall looked ready on his debut. Him v Hardy would be a good watch
Great patience and finish from Ronson
Trinaldo all class
Chimaev was like the terminator. Relentless
Great bottle and finish from Craig. Many would have buckled
Werdum finishes Gustafsson's career
War between Shogun and Little Nog. Two tough mother fuckers
Till had a chance early to finish it but let it slip. Bobby Knuckles all class after that for the deserved win
