Liverpool won? jesus. That's a couple of beatings we have given City this year. And yet in the only trophy final we'll see, we lose. Hopeless.
 
Fucking Man U, despite being awful for most of the year, aren't out of this yet. 
 
Arsenal are a joke. That may sound funny from a Liverpool supporter, but seriously, they have the same season on repeat. Same squad. At some point they will be title favourites before almost immediately going on a losing run where they show all the backbone of a jellyfish, they get knocked out of the Champs league, and key guys get injured. 4th it is again then? Wenger's done amazing things at Arsenal, but at what point to you move on? A club of that standing, with that sort of money should be showing a bit more ambition.

Wenger has "done" operative word a good job in the past. He had some starch in his midfield back when they have Viera. Now they have a bunch of yorkies with pretty haircuts running around who can play keep away with the best of them but have no starch or directness. Time for him to move on.

Wengers problem is that he is French "viva la resistence" whatever that meant. We need a Mourinho.

When Emirates Stadium was built the Arsenal Board said that their priority was to retire debt. That there would not be money available for big money signings. In light of that Wenger has done incredibly well to consistently qualify for CL - which was the limit of Arsenal's ambition. The issue now is he seems to have adopted a bloody-minded we don't need to recruit approach. If not this year - then when? Seriously?? The Leicester dream falters but the other contenders all stand back and say after you - no after you, I insist. No after you....

Absolutely this. His legacy, even more than the trophies, or the unbeaten year, will be his ability to get into the CL every year while being financially prudent enough to pay for that stadium. It was a hell of a job, especially when you see the financial muscle he was up against. 
 
But how many years will supporters hear "so and so coming back from injury is like a new signing" or "there isn't value in the market" or "cohesion is what is most important" when the same flaws in the squad have existed for years, and not been fixed? I know he hates the January transfer, but the title was there for the taking by just buying a really good striker (and probably a centre back as well to be honest, that big German is a liability).
 
I really don't think Wenger will win another title with Arsenal, so at what point to the Board decide that is what matters most?

Great that Leicester appear to have dropped 2 points on Tuesday and then find they have an increased lead on Wednesday. Really, really hope they can close this out now.

I'm pleased for Bournemouth that they look, at the moment (eight points ahead of relegation zone), a good chance to survive their first season in the Premier Division after having come up from League Two so swiftly.

No - even traditional Leicester haters (Derby, Forest) seem to be backing them against the glamour clubs.
 
It helps that Ranieri is such a nice chap as well and they are a team of "journeymen" who battle

You're assuming that both teams will win almost all of their games. I'm not sure this is likely

It looks like that... but say for example that Leicester take 5 wins out of the last 9 games. That will leave Arsenal needing to take 23 points from 9 games - i.e Must win 7 of their last 9 games. That's a very tough ask.

Yeah. And Leicester have no euro play to get in the way. My Spurs have a tough road in. ManU Pool and Chelski will not want to be footnotes on the way to a league win or top 3 finish

Wenger should rest the majority of the top team vs Barca and save them for the away game at Everton. An FA Cup replay this week against Hull City too, and a win there means this weekends game vs West Brom would need to be rescheduled due to the QFs. Leicester have no such distractions. Spurs are in the Europas.
