@Siam I wondered the same, but given I know fuck all about those things, I wondered if you have to avoid making em angry? What if you glanced it and it decided you were a of a threat but not enough to run from?!

The bigger question for me, is who the fuck goes running in forest areas where those things roam wild??? Get a bloody treadmill man!

Also, that sliding pounce/run thing the cat does is awesome!

What would have been awesome is if when he finally panned the camera to himself, he had a cat mask on.

@Bones oh i was only getting me a big stick for defence if it got too close, probably not sure I'd be throwing stones at it, which might piss it off.

I had no intention continuing my stroll down the path.

I was thinking a medium sized boulder, small enough to lift and swing, like the size of my head, something to jam at his jaws if he pounced.

Fuck, look at us, taking the term "armchair critics" to new levels 🤣

@voodoo I expect it is much easier to think about what we'd do from behind our laptop and with clean undies!

A whole video of a guy talking to a cougar mum and you go with "his". Bro.

I think we've all had some experience being stalked by Cougars in our younger years. A firm "no" will usually suffice but if she's really aggressive then maybe get her a glass of white and slip off when she's not looking?

@No-Quarter I preferred to play dead and let them have their way with me in the hope that they would be gentle

    Yes.
As I have mentioned, my wife decided that geese would be a good idea to keep the grass down (and they do) unfortunately the three "girls" aren't. We have two ganders, one of which is very large and a seriously stroppy fluffybunny. I kind of enjoy winding him up but man he will have a go, not cougar level scary but pretty intimidating and makes me laugh like hell.

Apparently they will bond with you like a dog does, we haven't got there yet.

@nzzp That stuff will save a lot of lives.

The auto pilot in my old man's electric Audi is bloody amazing - even better than the Tesla I reckon.

@Siam read some of the comments, info must be there somewhere as someone commented

Me: "Well, it's way easier with an unloaded truck, let's see them do that with a full load."

Description: "The tractor trailer is fully loaded to 40 tonnes"

    Well, shit, colour me impressed
