All except Ferris Buellers Day off

Seen all bar FBDO and Big. Would not watch either now. Can’t stand Matthew Broderick and early Tom Hanks < later Tom Hanks by a days march. Second thoughts on Breakfast Club as I think I saw it over two sittings but was pissed both times.

Oh and can’t understand the love for ET. Saccharine with and added layer of schmaltz topped with sugar.

    Yuck!

    Not seen Roger Rabbit.

Ferris Bueller's day off is the most over rated movie of all time. Although it has stiff competition from Bill & Ted.

As with others of a similar age, I've seen all of these and all but 5 at the theatre on release.

Who are these people who rate it ? I've certainly never met any of them.

Ah yes, you've just reminded me of something else which gives those 2 stiff competition. Dude, where's my car.

Expand your circle of friends and colleagues. I've never met anyone who thought it was the best, but there's certainly much worse.

It’s a massive cult film in the US I believe, but yeah, I can’t say I’ve come across anyone who gushes about it in same way as most of the other films on that list.

Good one. He wasn’t ok in that. War Games also ain’t half bad.

    Still doesn’t offset
    Godzilla 🤢
    Inspector Gadget 🤢🤢

I enjoyed it when I saw it at the movies, I've probably seen it a couple of times on terrestrial TV since. Its certainly not even an outstanding example of teenage movies of its time. But it was reasonably amusing

I seem to recall War Games being quite good. Its probably funny to watch electronic war being waged using dial up these days...

Do. Any film which has the line "Is that a rabbit in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" just has to be genius.

The most recent thing I have seen with Matthew Broderick in was the one and done Netflix series Daybreak. I enjoyed it.

I'll also admit that Ladyhawke is a fun movie.
