He looked good. He suggested 193 because he thought his body would start cutting as he was keeping his routine the same (saunas etc) just without the water cut

Ulberg no defense. Great slobber knocker type fight but Ulberg looked like an amateur defensively.

@duluth he looked good with a double jab and quick straight right behind it. He looked quick. But Brady got it to the ground and just smothered him. Brady is so strong. Just a monster.

Got an arm triangle against the cage and probably had it not been Brady there wouldn't have been enough squeeze in that position. But Brady is a tank and got it done.

@duluth I think the Brazilian was too big. His arms were heavy and he couldnt get the RNC in because of the fatigue in his arms. Kai just kept fighting him off.
