I fully laughed out loud at that. Straight to hell for me.

Kipchoge just ran the last 5 kms at 3km/min pace. I mean what the actual fuck?
so, i ran the last 2km of my 5k last night in a little under 8 minutes. And it was running long strides, both feet in the air, going for it.
if i was somehow able to keep that pace up it's good for a 2.48 marathon. Which, on this day, was 40 minutes behind the winner, and 4 minutes behind the last guy to cross the line
elite level distance runners are actually freaks.

Reading this, I just realized that I’m now a jogger.
Once upon a time I reckon I could have done 2kms at that pace, but now I’d just wave you on by and continue on to the donut shop.

Understood. I couldn't do 2km in 8 minutes even when I used to run a few half marathons

Wheelchair rugby
We lost 35 - 63 to the USA! :astonished_face:We've not been at the Olympics for this for 12 years, USA have silver, bronze, gold in that time period. It's not rugby in any shape or form, they just needed a more PC name than murder ball and football would'nt have gone down well. Oh and these guys are a million times tougher than soccer wimps
