Great opportunity for a great coach, but he should have been signed by a NZ franchise. Now he's off to Oz ...

The ambitious Western Force Super Rugby Pacific team have appointed a second Kiwi assistant-coach with former Māori All Black Paul Tito joining Hawke's Bay coach Mark Ozich in Perth.
Both men have been lured to Western Australia by the Force's chief executive Tony Lewis, who hailed them as "fantastic additions'' to the coaching staff.
Tito will be forwards coach while Ozich, who led Hawke's Bay to Ranfurly Shield glory during a successful five-year spell with the Magpies, will work as attack coach.

We already knew he was going to Japan, but I'm not sure whether it's been posted before which club Gerard Cowley-Tuioti will be playing for. It's Kobe Kobelco Steelers.

The Crusaders posted a tweet about Whetu Douglas leaving the franchise, with a Japanese flag in their tweet.
