During the RWC... I think Michael Leitch endorsed it? And we constantly just referred to it as "Leitch-Michael" - downing a bottle every hungover morning.

The whole Japanese team (or at least Michael Leitch, Tanaka and a few others. I'm wondering if they've given up that sponsorship.

The Ukon no Chikara (Power of Tumeric) one is supposedly even better for a hangover.

I wouldn't know because I can't keep anything down if the hangover is worth worrying about (you're meant to drink this before hitting I'm told, but who is that fucking organized?)

I couldn't decide there. Was trying to find a back reserve balance. Maybe ALB on the bench but not used unless necessary?

All guesswork anyway as we don't know who needs play to keep sharp or who needs a careful build into the last two games.
