he and I have a fair bit in common. I too have an orange jacket. Although I don't wear it anymore.
Pretty sure he hasn't seen JB.

@frank I couldn’t watch it through, it reminded me so much of the Idi Amin broadcasts

Next Level Skiing
I just came across that independently and came to post it!
Incredible - though there's quite a lot of background on the making of it - and apparently involved more than 100 days of skiing/shooting.
Like something out of James Bond!

If Garfield was a bearded failed Goth hipster that let himself go then Matt Berry has the look down pat too.

love this one

@taniwharugby love it. Youtube clips of the show have gotten me through plenty of long boring nightshifts over the years.

Saw a webinar/presentation yesterday about Brad Smeele.
What a story, from having the world at his feet as a Professional Wakeboarder to being a quadriplegic!

This is properly real.
I 've skied down the Men's downhill course at Lake Louise and frankly that was pants shittingly icy and hard!
I think it's Bode Miller ski-ing on the hoardings at 1.34.

That wall ride is crazy
I skied the Men's DH 'Grizzly' course at Snowbasin, Utah host to the 2002 Winter Olympics.
I got off the Allen Peak Tram on a powder day and proceeded to drop in to the 'Grizzly Start' section down to the John Paul Lodge.
I stopped in front of the lodge and looked back up at my tracks, 35-40 turns in the powder and realised this was the 'push, skate, tuck, schuss' section for the downhillers, their first turn taking place where I stood.
Different animals.
