Wrath of Man.
I had reasonable hopes for this one. Jason Statham can usually be relied upon to dish out some gratuitous violence. Guy Ritchie used to be able to direct a film with a laddish humour, plus I saw a couple of trailers which looked promising.
My advice would be to watch the trailers and leave it at that. The whole thing is a miss-mash, almost as if Ritchie has read three scripts that he likes and has decided to put them all into one film. The shootouts are OK but then they're in the trailers.
No tits either.
1 film out of five scripts.
Agree completely. I was waiting for the building orgy of violence and it finished like a limp dick.
there were some great violent scenes, but a completely muddled plot, lack of humour, a friken man cardy, zero tits really puts this effort as one of his lower efforts.

@mn5 I watched about 45 mins of the original a month or so back, prior to watching the re-boot, has not aged well and was so slow I gave up, new one was very good.
Some scenes are the same word for word which is pretty cool. The old one did have some pretty cool stuff ( but also some horrific SFX which have aged badly )
Virginia Madsen wasn’t in it enough and had too many clothes.

After seeing this trailer, this is now my most anticipated movie

@stockcar86 I rarely watch trailers cos of spoilers, but keen on anything with Michelle Yeoh!

If a good Trump movie was made (may not be possible to have enough critical distance to do so), Steve Bannon would be played by Philip Seymour Hoffman (I know he's dead). Who would play Trump?
Boris Johnson

So not Alec Baldwin then?
PSH would be perfect for Brannon, good call.

Fuck no. That's Saturday Night Live cringe garbage.
Ah, you're after serious answers!
Then I nominate Gérard Depardieu

Moonraker - a delight from start to finish. Great set design, really well shot, loads of fun, and plenty of hot babes. Moore in the "man with no name" style gaucho outfit cracked me up.
He had a few odd local colour “disguises” going for a year or two but couldn’t have looked more English.

Proper Bond villains too. Michael Lonsdale as Drax. Jaws appears in that one as well.
My favourite thing about that film is that the scientist is called Dr Holly Goodhead.

That was peak Bond Girl innuendo. Hands down beats Pussy Galore, Mary Goodnight or Honey Rider.

I found him the weakest Bond villain in Moores tenure to be honest. Very lame and not menacing whatsoever.
Moonraker is ridiculously good fun though.
