The interesting one in the squad is Christ Tshiunza who I think has played four games for Exeter. I know he is highly rated by Baxter and co but...

Giving him a sense of the step up

    Don’t expect him to play

They’ve done it with a number of players

Yeah Eddie has done the same but then forgets about them for 5 years and once he is forced to play them they get called up for the Lions 😀

Hallam Amos to retire. Sounds like he’s been given an ultimatum by Pivac?

    Possibly

    Or knows his own mind

Hasn’t been playing well so quite possibly distracted/conflicted

If that comes to pass, it’ll be the Second Coming of Christ

O'Keeffe and all three Aust refs get a 6N game each.

The full list of match appointments are below:

Squads have mostly been announced for 6N 2022. The unvaxxed can't play in Italy or France, so you might see some swapping and changing within the 23, esp for England (Slade)

Bit of a hit for France!

Romain Ntamack, Antoine Dupont, François Cros, Gaëtan Barlot, Anthony Jelonch, Cyril Baille, and Bernard Le Roux have all been removed due to positive Covid-19 results.

Added to this, back row Cameron Woki and giant tighthead Uini Atonio have also been removed due to injury

    https://www.rugbypass.com/news/ten-players-withdrawn-from-frances-six-nations-squad/

Whereas England has improved with Farrell out and Ford back. Lawes is injured tho, he was stand in captain last time

Bit of a shock result last night. Portugal drew with Georgia, with the latter coming back from behind.

@daffy-jaffy suprised they found 6 minutes of highlights in a 2 penalty kick game
However watching the Italians celebrate at the end was priceless..probably should have won by more

Posting this here, because Japan is hosting. This is a great opportunity for Uruguay.

You have to laugh at the Scottish Broadcasting Corporation or BBC as it is more usually known.

Headline on the women’s international being played:- Scotland Strike Back against England. Actual score? 5-31 after 30 minutes.

@catogrande They struck back pretty well, limiting the Poms to scoring just another 26 points in the remaining 50 minutes.

Overall an improvement in the later stages of the game, showing the superior fitness of the Scots girls.
