Once again, I wasn't asking for Dragons just fewer unnecessary scenes that add nothing to the story. In your first post you said the boring parts needed to be included to extend the series to 8 seasons. That's complete nonsense because shit loads have to be cut out of the original story to have this show end before the boy playing Bran dies of old age. 
Now you're saying budget restraints are the reason for lotsa Grey Worm? 
I don't exactly think a link to that article is definitive proof of the enormous appeal of those 2. At any rate, they didn't get "together" until season 5 so I'll go out on a limb here and say that the show would comfortably survive without them.

First its your definition of an unnecessary scenes. As I pointed out for a lot of their viewers those weren't unnecessary. Personnally I'd view any scene where Dani has her top on to be filler, but I can at least recognise others like different bits.
 
Second in terms of budget and stretching, they are stretching it out as long as they can & budget wise that means limiting the locations & the characters. Yes, they could stretch it by shooting 10 characters they didn't include from the book, but that'd cost a shitload. That's not hard to understand surely?
 
That scene stretched it, had 3 of the most popular characters, cost zero & had no CGI, and added the Grey Worm-Hot slave combo love fest a big audience like. They could have showed John Snow as you wanted, and that would have been more "nesscessary" how? I get he's hot, but still.. And you'd have to leave out the CGI giant. Or Ramsey patting a dog & eating an apple. What vital scene do you feel robbed of by those 50 seconds of chat? Bran sitting in a tree?

As mentioned, this is a show with a shitload going on and limited episode time in which to tell the story. With that in mind, perhaps you can tell me how that scene can be deemed necessary. Oh yes that's right. They need to draw it out for 8 seasons because they just don't have enough material. And that scene "cost zero". Fark me, Dani wipes out slavery on the show but it's still alive and well on the set of GoT. 
Considering the show apparently couldn't survive without the Eunuch love match, I'm surprised they haven't pushed for better pay (or to be paid more than zero).

Well colour me disappointed with this series. Why couldn't they just have the mountain tear all of those religious idiots apart? I thought the HS said they all wanted to, and would be honored to die for their cause? Yet one of them gets his head ripped off and they all pussy out?
 
And what's with people dying but not even showing the fight?! And then fucking around with scenes like RS describes, which are of little consequence and no action. If BF was going to die (why would he just commit suicide?) then they should have shown him cut down 10 or 15 blokes before heroically going down.

In the books, Arya has no plans to leave Braavos, and she agrees to give up her past identity. 
In the books, Jaime has grown distant from Cersei. He does not love her anymore, and has no intentions to kill anyone in order to get back to her. 
In the books, Brynden escapes from Riverrun, with Edmure's help. Jaime conducts a search but he is not found. His current whereabouts are unknown. 
In the books, Beric Dondarrion is no longer the leader of the Brotherhood. 
In the books, no one in Braavos tries to kill Arya. 
Those are just the main ones, there's dozens more.

Agreed. Dealing to all of them would have been fucken sensational. The Cleganes both showed their wonderful aptitude for violence but even at his absolute best you wouldn't back the hound to beat his big bro. There'll be no fucken chance now Gregor has been altered. Most of those seem to be improvements or doesn't really matter.
 
Arya in Braavos has been tiresome as fudge, her staying there would make her irrelevant as a character.
 
For Jaime to be a dodgy fellow he needs to pine for his sister.

You could just about have grounds to accuse the makers of GOT with false advertising in season 6 
Look back at the trailers, it showed this cool stand off in Kings Landing, shit bout to get real here we go. No nothing. 
It showed Cersie 'choosing violence' and unleashing the monster on the faith militants. Let's see him tear into them all and lay waste to Lancel. Nope kills one then it fizzles. 
We also this big siege at Riverrun, Blackfish to go down fighting. Nope, it's settled calmly not an arrow fired in anger and the BF dies off fucken screen. 
Throw in hype surrounding Clegane bowl ( that's our fault for having better ideas then the actual writers of GOT) it's basically being one big fizzle. It's like it's raining on Guy Fawkes, your mrs has a headache on your birthday, getting a shit present on Xmas. 
If you talk about each season being better than the previous, you wouldn't even consider season 6 to be the best. Still have the big final 2 episodes to go, almost to afraid to carry high expectations into next week. 
I'm not saying GOT is turning into Lost, but...

Yeah, I wonder if they have been told to tone down the violence a bit. They didn't really show decapitation scenes in much detail for the mountain and the hound like they have in past seasons.

Riverrun. Brienne yeah sure go try and convince him. I might have a crack at the actual lord of the house seeing as I have had him as a hostage for god knows how long. Why didn't I have a chat with him earlier and explain the realities of the situation. Oh cool he agrees to it, why did I piss around talking to his uncle again? Blackfish, live to fight another day or die for nothing. Ummm die for nothing please. Why is Brienne trying to "escape" her bestie is in control he would let her take a couple of horses and stroll right out of there. Why is she sneaking out in a boat, she has not aided the tulleys. 
 
Kings landing. "I choose violence", But only to that guy there, who we have never seen before, is not the leader and plays no significant role in the story. The rest of you can just saunter on home. Why would I waste Lancel the guy who is most likely to testify against me at my trial. Here where there are literally no witnesses and a Maester who has a penchant for the messing with dead people.

Random Forest. Dude if you think that guys arse smells like pussy, you're doing it wrong. I've seen this episode twice now and all of the above annoys me. With the whole Mountain scene perhaps Cersei let them live so they could go back and tell HS how tough the Mountain is ? ( as if they wouldn't already know )

I think you point with Cersei is exactly the issue I have with the writers. They have no concept of what her motivations would be in that scene other then hahaha it would be cool to rip a dudes head off wouldn't it. She was told they were in the red keep, she had time to think about her options, when she saw how few there where and that Lancel was one, she had 2 obvious options. Go with them see what this is all about. Or get zombie mountain to fuck them all up and have them disposed of and then pull the Shaggy defense "It wasn't me",

Cersei: "hmm who knows maybe its a crisis of faith he is having or maybe he got strep throat and died. There is a lot of it going round and we havent invented antibiotics yet. Anywho I havent seen him in ages!"
 
Instead she decides to show her hand and to the sparrow. Giving away her only viable defense in her trail, just to be sure that the sparrow knows about it so he has time to come up with a way to counter it. Why would a known schemer like her do that its totally out of character and was just shit. 
 
As for the Blackfish you only die a hero if people see you doing something heroic and remember it. If you get iced in a tunnel by 4 Lannister soldiers who then get their mate to knock up some tapestries of them tea bagging your dead corpse. You are remembered as the dude who went out like a bitch. But again the writers did not think that they just thought we don't need him any more, have him die some how but don't make it to expensive, as we have no more money for stunt men.
 
Its really been downhill this season. To many bad tropes used just to advance the plot. I mentioned it already with the classic one with Bran being in a cave and the tree dude refusing to give him any basic safety advice for tooling around in the space time continuum even though he clearly knows the dangers. Being obtuse for the sake of it is the worst. Its so unrealistic and it takes me out of any story immediately.
 
I genuinely believed the books would be finished before the tv show caught up and it would continue as an adaptation. I think if this had happened it would have been better as they would have had more material to work off.

I usually try not to tangle in to the negativies of tv shows as I think they are just light enterntainment and nothing to take too seriously, but this episode almost shat me to tears. 
Starting out with the hound beheading some ferals and then promising that the mountain would rip new arseholes to some radicals, just to bumble into the same shit the show has been for a while now. 
Remember Stannis sacrificing his little daughter to the gods? Fuck that shit was the reason I watch this series, sick, twisted, tits, violence, tits and plot of somekind too. 
The makers still get a free pass for the last two episodes, as it has been awesome for quite a while before this season. If it continues as the same im just going to quit watching it. And go watch replays of south park as it seems they are the only pople who wont bend before the easily offended and political correct.
