My take is that the ref probably didn't like Rokolisoa's showboat put down so threw it to the TMO hoping for a miracle.

I only caught the last minute, but this England team of no names look dreadful. About half a dozen opportunities blown in 60 seconds. All they needed to do at the ruck steal was one pass and fall over the line and couldn't even do that!
