That would explain why he was off the pace on Saturday.

@taniwharugby it never rains, it pours.

The whole rugby internet is piling in on the All Blacks and Foster come out with the "best performancevof the year " and now this.

Its probably to late to save Fosters job, but at this rate they might lose the fans completely

only need to see the attitude from some on here, who would describe themselves as rugby tragics: I didnt watch the last test, bar a 10 min highlight package, and bailed at half time in the last Irish test...I am looking forward to attending an afternoon NPC match on Saturday though!

@MiketheSnow I was more thinking on the principles of Springbok rugby since day back when. Doc Craven describe Springbok rugby "maak eers voor sag, Dan slaan met die agterlyn" Not sue to describe it in English " soften up opposition with the forwards then hit with the backline"

Despite the kicking gameplan by Rasnaber which I hate more then anyone else, the Springbok bomb squad has been working and developed well since before the WC 2019. We saw that again on Saturday.

Bok commentators on UK Sky kept wondering aloud why ABs weren’t seeking gain line before hitting 10.

Boks have a plan where they seldom seem to seek big breaks, but forwards run in twos, so that cleaner is always right behind.

So series of 3m gains rather than aiming for 5m through hole but running away from support.

KISS is working for them, and allows pressure to be applied very successfully.

Foster will be adding that to his excuse matrix.

Yep. It's never been about the losing. These things come in cycles, and I think with professionalism you have to accept we can't expect to maintain the levels we have.

What we can expect though, is a team looking cohesive, together and trying to execute some sort of a game plan. If the Boks / Irish beat that game plan then so be it. It's tough but it's acceptable.

We've got none of those 3 things. None.

But this shows that issues go beyond just the rugby, they are starting to make unforced errors off the pitch as well.

I guess when it rains it pours. The only silver lining would be an opportunity for Perofeta.

Dont like the Kriel selection or seeing Wiese still there (though he had a good game last week) otherwise good.

Think Marx should have got another start, but hell probably get 45 minutes so it should be fine.

Dont like the Kriel selection or seeing Wiese still there (though he had a good game last week) otherwise good.

Think Marx should have got another start, but hell probably get 45 minutes so it should be fine.

                                  Marx is a mistake.

@SidBarret I mentioned the importance of our bomb squad. That frontrow is stronger then the starting one. Kriel the only worry specially with the 6/2 bench.
