OK, a real weight of 83.4kg this morning - 6.2% body fat.

Legs today, and the three sets of 20 reps, minute rest in between. so that is 138% of my bodyweight for 20 reps. No wonder it hurts for those last ten of the last set - almost like 10 singles!!

that 120 is about what five or more years ago though...

This weight loss has been from the 95-97 mark I have floated aruond for the last few years!!

Expect I'll get back up to about 87-90 when I finish this, ceratinly going to do nother comp, but hopefully will be in heavier category - getting down to 80kg is a real battle. I am only two years off maters though xzxgood which is the over 40s... heh heh heh.

fark me sideways witha rowing machine...

My first row on Sunday for 4 months or so. 20 minutes (followed by 20 on a bike for my 40 minutes cardio) and almost died. 5102 metres, but just zero in the tank, was struggling. The lack of carbs in my diet at the moment certainly showing there!! but felt good to be on the machine!!

So does that mean you got burn in your legs quickly and couldnt sustain it?

I've noticed recently how important energy is when cycling. I "bonked" during a long ride but when I had a muesli bar, some water and gel, I was right again straight away.

Apparently the body has three sources of energy which it calls on. Does anyone know much about this?

    bopdyfat from 14.4 to 6.0
waist from 94 to 80cm
hips from 107.5 to 96
bicep from 38 to 35cm
thigh from 67 - 62cm
calf measurement from 39.5 - 38.5
chest 111cm to 101cm (forgot to write that one down , think that was about right)...!
Is that you Bart? Mate incredible transformation (compared to me you looked incredibly ripped even before you began this odyssey), youve obviously worked your socks off. The back pose photo is freaky shit!

Mrs BartMan completed the Whangamata 10.2k fun run today in 55 minutes flat.

I took just over 1000 photos, I am more tired...

but bloody good time I reckon considering next to zero running training - probably the last time we ran was the Mt Maunganui challenge on an other thread.

So carrying little body fat is obviously good for you!!
