'We knocked the bastard off'

that 120 is about what five or more years ago though...

This weight loss has been from the 95-97 mark I have floated aruond for the last few years!!

Expect I'll get back up to about 87-90 when I finish this, ceratinly going to do nother comp, but hopefully will be in heavier category - getting down to 80kg is a real battle. I am only two years off maters though xzxgood which is the over 40s... heh heh heh. -
fark me sideways witha rowing machine...

My first row on Sunday for 4 months or so. 20 minutes (followed by 20 on a bike for my 40 minutes cardio) and almost died. 5102 metres, but just zero in the tank, was struggling. The lack of carbs in my diet at the moment certainly showing there!! but felt good to be on the machine!! -

It might be time to reset all the tables in the concept 2 forum eusa_whistle -
So does that mean you got burn in your legs quickly and couldnt sustain it?

I've noticed recently how important energy is when cycling. I "bonked" during a long ride but when I had a muesli bar, some water and gel, I was right again straight away.

Apparently the body has three sources of energy which it calls on. Does anyone know much about this? -
Click clik clikity click. Had a camera at our last visit to the trainier - yesterday, so here will be some pics. Results though, all good, trainer even let us go and have macDonalds!! SO Macca chips and an deluxe cheeseburger, along with a chicken Pita Bread was a treat and a half, although felt crook after with the flood of fat intio the system!!

Mrs BartMan completed the Whangamata 10.2k fun run today in 55 minutes flat.

I took just over 1000 photos, I am more tired...

but bloody good time I reckon considering next to zero running training - probably the last time we ran was the Mt Maunganui challenge on an other thread.

So carrying little body fat is obviously good for you!! -
totally ripped dude! well done, I think the eating side of things would do me in... although going through the process with your missus was a great idea.

Do you find yourself 'accidentally' posing when picking things up!!? reaching for milk at the supermarket etc!!

let us know how the comp goes and good luck -
Lol, nope! but much less self conscious at the gym now when I slip into the aerobics room for some posing!!

not counting the days, but 26 to go or so....!! -
target sighted.

81.5kg this morning.

80kg, I'm gunning for you.

Ready, aim, fire!!

Although if I grew 2cm, I would be at target weight...
Do some back stretches and "hanging" apparently that makes you grow. I'm 1.9 in the morning but 1.89 or so by the evening, I might try some for shits and giggles... -
Great pics there Bart.

Just a question, I note from the other thread you do 40mins cardio machine work for a workout. Out of interest what is that for and what is the impact on your bodybuilding? Is it interval work?
