The Barretts are expected to return next week so I think that DMac and Tuipulotu are only temporary replacements for the Japan test. Foster is saying that they should join up with the AB XV squad before they play.

Absolutely no point in selecting him.

Isn't Pat T expected to go back to XVs straight after Japan. Same with Mac unless they decide to keep him around in place of Jordan.
Barretts expected to join the squad during the week but just won't be up for selection.

I wouldn’t be selecting Heinz on form alone. Drummond has been much better this campaign.

@ARHS Will Heinz has been quality for Canterbury. Is there any likelihood he will stay on and play for the Crusaders. It would be three years since he last played for England.

I'm still struggling to understand how bang average Gardiner & Tuipoluto deserve a spot - but not the outstanding Ah Kuoi & McWhannell, they have been exceptional lately. I'm predicting they will have standout seasons in SR next year.
