It was interesting to see In the bit of pre game time footage in the Crusaders dressing room for the Brumbies game,Razor was having a big chat to LF, whatever was said seemed to have worked.

        There's a few I'd forgotten there.

But you can throw in (off the top of my head):
        Zinny
        McCahill
        Oz
        Kronfeld
        (did they include Mika?)
        Carter (kinda)
        Kahui (as a winger)

Others I'm not thinking of ...

To a degree, Dagg 'bolted' over Mils as primary 15 in 2011.

Any forwards in the frame? Dyer has been good for the Chiefs, and there aren't a lot of fit props at the moment

@Tim Williams has been the big mover at tighthead without a doubt this season but for both, 2024 is their time.

Yes. He's been very prominent. The only question is whether he's excelling in the areas they want to see.

Who can tell with this coaching group? I like what I see and would select him on current form into the AB squad. See how he goes against AU and SA.

How fast does he get off the ground? It seems that this type of work rate and second efforts on D are a huge deal (I assume to the Saders as well though).

@gt12 that and his overall fitness are his biggest workons, but if he gets fitter without losing much, it will help with his speed off the ground and to rucks.

He is probably suited to Test match Rugby,A slower game than SR which Williams is coping well with.
Big unit good at set piece, gets over the advantage line and moves bodies at breakdown.
                              Defends well in close contact.

With the game time he has had this season I think he is looking quite a bit fitter than previous years. I am no expert in the dark arts of front row play, but he brings something different to the Saders ball in hand. He is popping up wider and getting quite a bit of running ball. Almost as though they are using him as a loose forward ball runner/player at times.

@gt12 Has lost 10 kilos and is fitter than ever before apparently hence has become much more prominent around the park. I still think he is a bit green this year for a test tighthead and needs a "Waterloo" moment from which to grow like Lomax against the Tahs last year (?) Mind you Newell coped fairly well....

Joe Marler delivered one of those last year.

Think the midfield could provide a bolter. Apart from Levi Aumua, I'm wondering if Poihipi might be a call.
