I'm still amazed Basketcase(1982) wasn't even nominated! It had everything, mutant powers, siamese twins, circular saws...

Speaking of academy award winning movies not watched and unlikely to since 1970:
Midnight Cowboy
Annie Hall
Kramer vs. Kramer
Ordinary People
Terms of Endearment
Dances with Wolves*
Chicago
Slumdog Millionaire
The Artist
Moonlight
The Shape of Water
Parasite
Nomadland
CODA
Everything Everywhere All at OnceThere are some crackers in there

Superb
4 out of 5 Sisi Stars

Kickboxer. Watched this with my 15 year old.
There's something so wonderfully entertaining and enjoyable about seeing an early JCVD film. He's such a shit actor that you almost sympathise with him. Cheap, predictable but cool action and 80s soundtrack. What's not to like?
I do think there is a market for these types of films. It seems almost everything is a 200 million dollar CGI blockbuster. Bring back Cannon Films!

@MN5 While living in China, one of my favourite things was buying DVDs from one of the many local bootleg DVD stores.
- Reviews like that... excellent
- Reviews copy-pasted from Rotten-Tomatoes or similar... but without understanding what they say... taking a fucking scathing review, and sticking it on the back of a DVD... not bad
- Just taking a completely random fucking review/DVD-back from a completely different movie... slightly amusing
- Taking "CAM" footage, and tacking on the end-credits from a completely different movie... always a few seconds of confusion. The number of times I finished watching a James Bond or Jet Li film, and then seeing in the credits that apparently Cuba Gooding Jr was actually the lead actor... "Snow Dogs" was a very frequent source for end-credits AND back-cover details, strangely.
- Fucking bizarre subtitles - also... excellent. Very occasionally, proper "English as She is Spoke" type subtitles... magic. I need to find my collection of DVDs from China.... I think they're sitting in an ex-GFs father's garage.

Recently did a long haul trip with the family, got a chance to watch a bunch of movies (nowhere near the level of the lists above)
Champions. Story of a washed up basketball coach (Woody Harrelson) who serves community service by coaching a basketball team of players with intellectual disabilities. Heart warming, feel good story, I did enjoy it, 4 pick n rolls out of 5 big sister booty calls
Living. A slow burner this one, but I enjoyed the emotionally reserved Englishness of the movie, and Bill Nighy was superb
Red, White and Brass. Local production about a group of Tongans that form a brass band so they can get to see Tonga play France at RWC 2011. Good natured, with lots of typical island flavoured comedy
Dungeons and Dragons, Honor among thieves. Switch off the brain and enjoy a rollicking action comedy featuring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez. Nothing really ties it to the 80s game of the same name, but it was good fun
Shazam 2. I went in with zero expectations, and therefore wasn't disappointed. Not a terrible watch, but I wouldn't pay good money to go see it
