Yeah that might be the case but from what he had done previously I knew he was no chance to knock him out.

Good debut for Jousset. Got better as the round went on, jab and calf kicks working well. Got a submission in the last few seconds of round 1

Enjoyable card and a couple of pretty awesome finishes for Pedro and Tafa.
First of the co-main events went as expected.
The second...wow. Strickland came in with a plan and executed it so well. Simply outboxed Izzy. That jab got through so consistently. Brilliant.

Probably a tactical error from Volk? He would’ve got the rematch eventually but being a two division champ looks unlikely now. Credit for taking the risk and saving the card.
