I'm speculating part of it was he got the tap the other way, from Razor to say he wont be making the ABs. Didn't he have an article a couple of years back when he said he was only wanting to play for NZ?

Which one of the Cantab posters knows everything? Maybe he can confirm for us?

Surely Ryan must rate Jager enough to select him in the AB XV squad. The reserve props were a weakness for Ireland so I reckon he's got a better chance of making a match-day 23 for them.
