          <p>I remember Hansen saying Moody had the same problems when they first took him on.</p>
          <p>Hopefully they can work their magic with him too.</p>

                      <p>That's an awesome yarn. It's the kind of story you'd read about how players made the All Blacks in the 80s. Doubt you'll find another player take a similar path to Test rugby in the professional era for a long, long time.</p>

                                      <p>Hames is given at 1.84 m and 120 kg. This is certainly exagerated since he looks much smaller and much lighter if you consider that Crockett, who is massive, is weighing 112 kg.</p>

                                          <p>Good on him.  I met Kane as a referee in the Bay.  He used to referee school boy games in the morning and play prem. rugby in the afternoon.  Great story.  </p>
