Anyway, it's a good thing to have it available for the kicker, crowd countdowns aside, they should know if they are about to run out.

I thought he was reacting to being pushed down in an early scrum - about 10 or 15 minutes in.

Trial law and yes all penalty kicks, and same with conversions I think (different time)

I mean, I don’t want to be a hater, but that clip was hardly insta-worthy! Pretty confident I could do that 95/100 times. Possibly less when running forward at pace with a rushing defense in my face (probably slip to 92/100 or so…

No, it’s only for territories that do not have a broadcast deal in place already to access top tier rugby.
Singapore already has access to top tier rugby.
Think places like Afghanistan etc.
I’m pretty sure this is how rugbypass started up many years ago.
