Finally some good news. My only concern was you'd have thought when putting together this team, they'd have ensured the philosophy was the same.

we've all hired people who look great at interview but turn out to be a bit shit. Didn't make probation period.

I will give razor this, if its not working move on.
The obvious cynical question then becomes, is it next best backline coach who is availble with some transperancy that steps in or a Crusaders (by default) replacement
