saw a pic of McCaw recently, and he has lost alot of his bulk...given he used to like running anyway, but now without the muscle he also needed he almost looks a bit too thin.

He is doing is doing some serious enduro events so I imagine he will be trying to run as light as possible.

@hooroo oh yeah I realise that, still when you have seen him at his playing weight of around 110kg or whatever he was, he looks like he's probably down about 90kg, just doesnt look right

@scribe a number of retired boks have taken up cycling, Joel Stransky, Rob Kempson and Victor Matfield all done the Cape Epic which is pretty extreme mtb challenge.

Kempson was a lumpy unit in his playing days. Dallaglio and Warren Smith, the Ski Academy guy, for the last few years have ridden some of the Tour de France routes for various charities.
